UMKM Chocodot, Garut
Conducted a community service project focused on supporting digital marketing development for UMKM Chocodot and surrounding SMEs in Garut. Conducted a survey of 10+ SMEs to identify digital marketing needs, analyzed suitable digital platforms, and developed marketing strategies, engaging content, and promotional ideas based on the target market. The project also identified that approximately 40% of purchase transactions were made using digital payment methods.
Risk Management Application Development - PT. INTI
Designed and developed a prototype for an integrated risk management application at PT INTI by evaluating the existing Google Spreadsheet-based system and identifying key limitations. Developed a Microsoft Access & Visual Studio prototype covering dashboard, risk workflow, reporting features, and six user roles with login authentication and access control. Created system flowcharts, structured risk input forms, and comprehensive user requirements to support accountability and improve reporting efficiency by approximately 50% compared to manual processing.
